ANY phone screen (and the rest of it!) will get scratched if put into a pocket with coins and keys etc. Goes without saying.

That I know, I guess the point i'm getting at is my imate and now p990 have all had screens which are sunk. Therefore when I apply screen protectors I get maximum protection.
As the W960's screen does not appear to be sunken I'm wondering how a screen protector will be applied without the edges being exposed.

Hope i'm making sense.

Well, I don't see how a screen protector could work that well on this phone if the front surface is indeed flat.
