Playstation Home has been updated and there's a Winter Wonderland added in the Playstation Home locations section. Also you can get a free Treehouse apartment in Home Estates found in the Mall.

Quick noob style question, what can a ps3 do that the xbox can't?

I'm thinking of dumping my 360 for a ps3 mainly because everyone I know has a ps3 and I'm sick of the 360 control pad. But would like to know what else ps3 can do. I know about bluray. It has BBC iplayer but not sky player (yet?). Internet browser? Use your own Bluetooth headset as headset? Anything else that's special?

Cheers!

@caspa. Its ok. Some decent people on there you can have a chat to but there's also a fair amount of wierd and sick ones. The language and conduct from some of the non english speaking ones is questionable at time. Soon as some know you are english they badger you with abuse. Some english ones are just as bad though. If you see past all that and look around there's some good people who log on and loads of content and mini games to play (bowling anyone :) ) I'm trying to get my official bluetooth headset to work with home for voice convo's but not been successful yet. From what I been told its only people on your friends list who can hear you anyway.

LittleBigPlanet is amazing, I will never ever sell it. I've had it ever since release!

My latest three games I have are Modnation Racers, Read Dead Redemption and Skate 3, all of which are excellent. I was particularly into FPS games for a while after MW2 came out but now I am at a point where the game and the people that play it frustrate me so much with unfair tactics or stupidity, that I never want to play it again. Battlefield Bad Company 2 which is immensely better in my opinion hasn't seen much play in the last month or so, so I think I'm going off the FPS genre!

This year I'm hugely looking forward to three games:

LittleBigPlanet 2 - With the first being one of my favourite games ever, this one is a no-brainer. It looks far more detailed and looks to do the impossible and make one of the greatest games around even better! Can't wait to hook into the new level editor!

Gran Turismo 5 - As well as GTA IV, this game was one of the reasons I got my PS3, so like everybody else I have been waiting impatiently for Polyphony Digital to deliver. They've finally given us a release date and the game couldn't look any more stunning!

Test Drive Unlimited 2 - I absolutely loved the first on PSP, and I longingly watched Youtube videos of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, back then wishing I had a PS3 to play it! Well, now I do and I couldn't be more excited for some free-roaming driving across Ibiza in a Gumpert Apollo. This one could be my game of the year.
