i dont think nokia has/had/have any problem concerning size as much as SE does
(try to compare Nokia 5610 Vs S.E S500i size and functions wise )
not to mention a lot of other new devices both ways

Did the phone you see look as wide as the W910i? The three buttons are the top of the phone were they at the very top, where the power button is normally?
The wideness of the phone and position of the buttons could suggest a gaming handset.

Nope, it wasn't as wide and the three buttons - that's including the power button - was located at the very top of the phone. Not like gaming buttons.
