I've downloaded R1GA028 MAIN GENERIC and FS CENTRAL-EUROPE but now I can't find adequate custom pack anywhere. Can I use some other phone's cust pack for CE?

You can use some other phone's cust pack as well. And custom pack is least firmware related. And if you want to use C901's then use ur old firmware's custom pack which is located at TPA/PRESET/CUSTOM
