I will try again next week ...now I'm too tired and bored by their custumers policy!
The last thing they said me (when I mentioned emma II) is that every contry has a different ID and different paths to donwload software updates ...for Italy is not available ...I don't belive that (I mean that there are different paths)...

But I'll not give up for any reason johanch!!!

ciao

Keep up the pressure, and they will give you that upgrade!

This topic will not "die" before ALL of the T68m-owner here on Esato gets their deserved upgrade!

it can make difference with countries, even with specific service points... all service points have a service card for accessing the EMMA server, depending on this you can have access to more or less than other servicepoints...

Yes Cytech, you're right but only if we're speaking about different (really different) countries.
If you come here in Milan, I'm sure you can buy the same exactly phone that you can buy in Stockholm, and if I come in Stockholm I'm sure it will be the same.
I could understand this type of behavior between Italy and India maybe ...or Bangladesh!
Not Italy and Sweden ...sorry!

Finally! I have the update!
Well, after half an hour of waiting, one guy at the SP said, the update had failed, but the other one turned the phone on, and was happy.
So, I went home, went to the menu "Connect"... And there I still were, hadn't I taken out the battery...
Complete lockup. Same with MMS-Menu. And WAP...
So, off to that SP again, updated again, and now it works! But:
No more pics in the memory... Before there were 5 unread MMS, no there are none Any idea what those 5 MMS were?

Don't give up guys!

It seems like here in Europe, Italy is the country where they can't do the upgrade... Really weird... Why Italy?? It doesn't make any sense...

Good luck!!

Hey XBONE, I don't think they have upgraded it a second time, when you obtain 13 pics instead of 57 and no mms in the inbox that means that they only made a master reset,so go to your SP and ask for a real upgrade

Hey vegetable
It was me who did the master-reset... And I've been there watching the update, including the "flash successful" screen. They DID a full flash.
