A new version of SEUS application is now available:
* Application version: 1.39.
* Install package version: 1.18.
* Upgrade package version: 1.00.
Firmware versions remain the same.

Still doesnt work for me, operator blah blah blah.
Although I just upgraded my sisters phone (brought at the same time from the same supplier) and hers worked fine.
I think when I upgraded mine to RL that SEUS has done something to my fone

it must be the cda?

i'm new to sony ericsson, dont know much about it yet...especially in the firmware department. I recently brought a K700i..running on R2AA003.
i was just wondering..am i on the latest software here? i have no complaints really..exept for not being able to zoom in on pictures in the pic viewer. they should have just added that instead of a useless pic editor.
nonetheless..i'm interested in the firmware upgrade. whats the difference between the firmware released and the one i have? i've heard of a battery gauge bug for the k700i, has that been resolved in the latest frimware?
pls direct me to link of a post if this topic has already been discussed elsewhere

on your keypad/joystick
And have a look in the service menu. The latest firmware for the K700i is R2AE033.

aye..you guys should really start reading this forum them. looks like you're more clueless than I am..haha. start searching for threads on firmware..or k700i firmware..and all shall be revealed.
request for info please: does my R2AA003 still have the battery bug? cos its my battery life is not lasting as long as i want it to. i'm recharging every 2 days, when the Li-ion should be at full performance by now.

@ afidb
R2AA did include an update for improved battery life, so I'm afraid it looks as if the battery life you get now is what you'll continue to get, even with R2AE.

Hi, i read through some of the posts (not all 47 pages) and have a few questions:
I am in the US and have T-Mobile service w/ the k700i phone. I am unable to update my phone from the online update page (which i cannot access anymore, global nor US), it gives me the error "Your carrier is not supported" or whatnot
I have the DSS20 stand for the update, and i really want to update since i believe my firmware is very old (R2A041) and i do have some bugs when placing calls/receiving calls and text messages.
How would i go about updating my phone to the latest firmware?
Oh and the phone I got was from Ebay and was an unlocked O2 (or is it Oz) version of the phone...
Thanks
