u think its impossible.. but seriously, its really easy. just chat upto her... go to a library or something, or coffee maybe. why don't u try and see??
i don't think india is such a backward country where girls shriek at the sight of a guy just chatting up. and moreover, u stay in one of the bigger metros in india.
