please help any body at semicon? i had my t65 upgraded to the new software at your sm city branch and when i came back after 2 hrs. the gal at technical told me that a problem has occured. she did not elaborate why and my phone was sent to the main office in pasig for tests. i called up yesterday and they told me they will replace the unit. i cannot wait for 2 weeks for the replacement and i badly need my phone. you can get my replacement phone at the main office if you have stocks available which i know you have to shorten my agonizing wait. the process is too slow, ganun ba pag warranty tagal-tagal?
