@pxt- My family is a religious one. in my tradition the items are not t appease any god but it's for the bride's family. thats just the way it is. it's like part of your bride price but not exactly.
@ coola- i hope you are not one of those guys who date city girls and have fun. then eventually go to the village to pick a house wife?

just asking
@all- i beleive that marriage is a union btw people who genuinely love themselves. i disagree wit what coola said about love fading( or is it dying he said) in a marriage. i know of a couple that have been married for 36 years. when you see them, if not for the age you'll think they are newly weds.

First and foremost, welcome to PNF Afo. But I'd like to disagree with you. In African tradition, the family is very central in decisions concerning matrimony before, during and after the actual ceremonies.
@coola: take it from someone who knows, marry a submissive and humble woman who will put her family first above every other thing.

@pxt: The new opera mini focuses on enhanced security features. The russian hack is an upgrade of the version 2 but isn't as secure as the new version 3. The way I see it, the guys at opera feel that plugging the security loopholes of the older version is more important than fancy features. I foresee a version 3.1 that will allow landscape browsing & support downloads very soon.
And yes, there's an MTN package that offers unlimited gprs 4 N12k/mt

@ifed- if you are still having problemswith your voicemail.here's a simpleway to getting the problem solved. first setup your voicemail and personal greeting by dailing 122 and following the voice prompt. when you are done with that, go to your call diverts and choose when you want your calls to be diverted(if busy,no reply, unavailable or always). then divert the call to this number +2348020100155(thats the default voicemail number for all celtel subscribers.). it's as simple as that. you dont need to call the cc. try it and tellme how it goes.
@all- wats popping

some people are in love and you will never see it so out in the open. You cant say everyone else that is married for long periods and dont show newly-wed attitudes are just waiting for the grave! Everyone cant expect that from thier marriage!!!Coola meant (and said) Lust dying is inevitable. So true, so true! catch yours while you can!
Demmy said [qoute]she's a pharmacist and dark skinned, pretty busty with fairly big bom...bom.

Hmmm! hehehe!
coola...... you didnt give those particular requirements......abi did you PM it to some of us?
@amby: with all the options coming up thru PTOs, dont you think MTNs is too steep? If gprs speeds werent so unpredictable (ecept you cant expect anything better than 56kb/s, if that!!!) it might have been a good deal. Starcomms is offering 24/7 at 10k. And the speed is sure to beat gprs by far.

Yes I agree MTN's charge is steep, but its still better than what the PTO's are offerimg. N15k for unlimited access, but then you are limited to one city. You can't use it outside of Lagos or whichever city u are located, plus it keeps breaking (disconnecting and reconnecting). With gprs, as long as you have your laptop with you, you're on. And the speeds are quite ok when compared with reltel, starcomms, etc
