Got it this morning. 1st impressions well the screen is tiny compared to my SPV C550, the headphones are crap & the speakerphone is not loud enough but the camera is very good. Also I think it looks much nicer than the K750. Now to charge it properly for a good going over later.

ordered a w800i from 02 online today. had exactly the same problems as the rest of you but was able to raise an order today after having a whinge. i was given an order number but i'm guessing that they can still mess me about?

I rang up just, the women was really nice but to be honest I dont believe a word she said.
First off she said for me to upgrade to the W800 It would cost £100 and not the £20 stated by a women earlier on in the week. She said that if I waited until next month I could get the upgrade for free and they would be adding new Sony Ericsson phones to there line up that might interest me.
Thats three times Ive rang and three diffrent answers Ive recieved. Im tempted to ring tomorrow and check again.
Unbelievable.

I was so pissed of with O2 today so I just went to the store to buy one from there. None left. So I went to a Voda store and they had two left! So now 3 hours on and my lovely new shiny walkman phone is here sitting beside me charging!
Moral: If O2 hassle you, buy from Vodafone.
