It doesnt matter. Im not saying they're the same phone, because clearly they are not, however it is a long running fact that SE tend to release phones in Japan first, then redesign the phone for the international market.
I reckon that possibly this phone case could belong to the first S60 driven SE phone released internationally. The jog dial on the side would be used for menu movement, whereby the usual 9 icon menu we're used to seeing on Nokias handsets would be replaced with SE's own GUI and menus, possibly in the UIQ style of a list, or from those pictures on SE-NSE of the other rumoured smartphone, 3D rotating icons selected again using the jog dial.
I cannot see any possible silo for a stylus on this phone case, so i very much doubt it'll be touchscreen, especially in such a small form factor.

The So902i FOMA STICK is very reminiscent of the K700....it's also got elements of the K600 notably the front camera.
The colour is ugly though...if we see it ever being launched it probably will come in two standard colours.

It'll never make it outside of Japan.
But a international version may do, and this rumoured handset could be it.

I suppose that this maybe a S60 phone, which would explain the full keyboard rather than the keyboardless P series we were hoping for. As the S60 platform is designed for non touchscreen phones.

m600: full qwerty keyboard and touchscreen, uiq 3, umts, but no camera, no wifi, and uses the new M2 micro Memory Stick format.
80MB onboard memory, comes with 64MB micro card.
It also supports a wide range of push email systems such as blackberry.
