I emailed them yesterday that i didnt get the £8.75 voucher and i got this email today:
Hello
We are pleased to be sending your £8.75 voucher as advertised in Time Out which will be sent by separate email shortly.
We would like to reassure you that this was a genuine promotion to readers of Time Out but as many of you know, it was abused.
Having been swamped with non-genuine applications due to postings on forums and newsgroups, we experienced a delay in sending your voucher.
We have therefore extended the voucher redemption period by 1 week and so your £8.75 voucher will expire at midnight on Wednesday 22nd March 2006.

Just send them an email. At least thats what i did. If you don't ask for the voucher you'll never get it i think.
