ive had my T68 since last november i got it in monterey park for $180. If u want the newest phones go to almost any phone store there. They have mostly unlocked phones. My friend got the nokia 8390 there for $45 unlocked when it first came out wit 1 year contract. There is so much competition there thats y phones r so cheap. They take the money out of there comission n put it towards ur phone to give a good deal. So if they make like $200 comission from selling u a contract n phone they will use like $150 of it towards ur phone making ur phone cheaper. They can do this cuz they sell so many phones a day its unbelievable. You just have to know the right ppl n u can get it even cheaper. So i thought i would share it wit the rest of u.

Africa was great. When I landed in Africa it was seamless. My phone was immediatly on the Voda network. I didnt want to pay for roaming on Cingular so I whent to a Voda shop and bought a prepaid Sim for about 25.00us and got the sim card and a bunch of minutes. It was amazing how easy it was. Since I have a factory SonyEricsson non branded phone I have never had to unlock it since it came that way. A lot of shops in South Africa have the t68i phone. GSM is the in Africa. I saved a bunch of money doing it this way. No high cost hotel phone bills or roaming charges. When I ran out of minutes, I would just pop into a Voda shop and buy more minutes. I had to do it 2 times over the 13 days. The safari was incredible. If anyone here ever goes on safari, go to Exeter http://www.tagasafaris.co.za/exeter.htm

This link shows the actual room we stayed in. The bed and bath next to it is the room we stayed in.

Cheers.

Just beat you to the punch...I just sold my 3870 with my piel farma case to a friend of mine. It even had the carepaq warranty (2 year). I gotta have that new ipaq! The WiFi is a must for HotSpotting at starbucks. I lost so much cash on my sale but what the hell, it I would have held on to it any longer it would have been worse.
