It is somewhere at the lower left portion of the navigational button. I suspect it will be like that eventually.

Where did you get your phone from? I'm little gun shy from getting it from ebay. I've emailed SE to see if they will be providing it off of their "eshop" on the website, but no response yet. Cellular Service sucks in the US!

getagrip, i've been seriously considering getting rid fo my k750i because of the horrible cingular reception and getting this w810; however you are saying it too is getting poor reception and dropped calls? say it ain't so! i love my k750i but i can't even use it half the time, since i've moved to cingular because it stays on "emergency calls only" and can never find a network. will i run into the same problem witht he w810i?
