Important...the walkman hissing is the worse ever mp3 player.
Its not a life threatning problem, most people can live with it, considering its not a dedicated MP3 player, and just a phone with MP3 capabilities.

get the w800i if you want a good mp3 player along with the phone, if you update it be sure to use far manager to get rid of the hissing.

yeah if you update it (recommended) but there will be a bug. the bug causes background hissing when playing mp3s on the w800i/k750i. do this to fix it. follow the first post only, ignore the other post after.

however the w810i comes with the hissing when brought and can never be fixed so avoid it if you are looking for a good mp3 player with your phone.
and yeah after that the music is ultimate. tossed my nano ipod and creative muvo tx fm after that

Go for the w810. hissing issue is tolerable..unless you love sweating about small things. it has a better design. keypads are good. no joystick that doesn't really give joy
better screen. if you like a white and orange then go for the white one (just don't know if it's available already)
