Ugh. I updated my phone to the newest FW(R4DB005) because I was having the prob where the cam would shut down if pics were taken in bright light on FINE. Everything went well but now I have no picture caller ID. And it's not even showing me the name or number of the caller. Anyone else have this issue? Any way for me to fix it? Thanks.

the contact problem with updating phone sucks, think i solved prob it worked for me, i deleted all photos in phonebook. then did a general reset. then updated again......... works fine now hope this helps
