Didnt believe him so asked for it, and hey presto, off he goes!

dont think they can... but they will have reference of it.
If you want my advice... if you dont hear from him by 2moro go down to the police. Possibly get the investigation reference number off the other member who has filed a complaint (strength in numbers
)
Its not really a matter of looking "stupid".. cos at the end of the day your £50 out of pocket... and the police are there to help you!

well how much were u scammed out of?
If every1 on here who is owed money and phones... that wud amount to nearly £1000... they cant ignore that!
