Yup, I pinpointed the firmware bug that caused this and made a workaround. (Because of this, there are two identical files with different names in the theme file...) That bug also caused a major memory leak (1-2MB less on boot), so everyone running 1.3 should upgrade as soon as possible!
(I don't want to take Stians credit for making all the images, I just fixed some xml bugs and streamlined the theme!)

On the prudent side, better not re-publish themes originally made by others. Even no copyright protect, its only ethical not to do so on a public forum.
After having said that, there are lots of ppl bundling existing themes and sell them like 41 in 1 package.
I grew tired of playing with themes already as they are not as interesting as other SE "dumb" phones and besides the default is sufficient. Maybe I am tired of my P990i already.

I guess that I should interpret the boring legal text just as normal copyright laws. I.E. I can share to close friends... Also, copyright laws also say that you can get rid of the copyright by making significant changes. I won't take any risks though. That would just be silly. (So no, I will not post is publicly.)
I COULD ask UIQ for permission, but I doubt they'll even answer me...
