I got what jcwhite_uk got within two minutes of my order.The phone SHOULD be with me on tuesday aswell as a memory card and bt headset

even if you had confirmation emails doesnt mean you will be getting the phone.
go to your order page, click on your order, then click order line status, im guessing right at the top it will say out of stock
if you order one at the correct price though you dont get the out of stock notice on the order, O2 have realised what is happening i think and nobody will end up getting their free phones

However, should you not receive the phone, - do you pursue it ? or can O2 chase you for knowingly acquiring a phone through a known fault on their website?
