From a historical perspective, I'm surprised nobody has yet mentioned the P800 - the first wholly Sony Ericsson product (the T68i was just a reworked Ericsson T68m) and a landmark device in Smartphone history.
Long before any of the Walkman phones were even hinted at, the P800 had a full-featured MP3 player and MS Duo support. Back when Cybershot phones were a pipe dream, it was the first SE (or Ericsson) with a built-in camera. Five years before the Iphone, all of this was controlled through a touchscreen. Lets not even mention all the productivity features, the email client, the handwriting recognition, the PIM, etc etc - there's little that even the P1i can do that the P800 didn't make at least a half-decent stab at, and it did all of this back in 2002.
It really put SE on the map as a high-technology innovator, and while the phone itself may not have been attractive to everyone, it did at least impress people. All the P series phones that have followed, and even the more recent high-end walkmans like the W950 and W960, are all direct descendants.

K800, of course. And W900, K750, W810 and W800.

The S700. An absolute leap in phone imaging quality, covered in a brilliantly designed dual front shell which still mesmerizes me to this day to say the least. It's also feature-rich for its time supporting excellent music, expandable memory, large screen with 262k colours for a richer experience, not to mention its compact size, very snug in my palms. Ah, the fond memories are all rushing back

The K750. Truly a trendsetter in mobiles and SE. From the design (K610, K530, K550, K800 etc.) to its functions.
First phone with an AF camera that was compact and functional. It was a huge leap from the K700 technology wise, and it put SE onto the map in terms of sales and market share.

it is both s700 and k750: two brilliant phones with exellent cameras. S700 with a nice huge QVGA screen and expandable memory + a cameradesign and a CCD sensor.
K750 with AF in a small, compact size plus a nice musicplayer
