try viewing the bookmarks and delete the top bookmark (i'm assuming thats the provider home page)

I can confirm that the 0 (aka spacebar) works as Play and pause, but the # and * don't seem to work as next/prev track. Does anyone know if we can program keys as next/prev, or if there are any preset keys with these functions?

i dont know if the others have noticed this already but when paused/stopped, the volume commands on the jog dial have been replaced with previous and next..
so to "quickly" switch tracks, pause the song (by pressing zero) then roll the jog dial up or down..
