Ares im just doing a short mp4 H264 clip for you now to test. Also on the blog you said this version does not have hardware acceleration yet. Does that mean 1.5 could do?

As promised here is a short clip encoded into Mpeg 4 with H264. Let me know if it works.

I uninstalled 1.2 and reinstalled 1.1.2. Coreplayer 1.2 cannot let you adjust your backlight brightness, it is either 100% or blank screen. Yes when playing video screen light is always on, but the pathetic problem is your screen light and keypad light is fully blasted at 100% brightness and you can't control it, ie. 50%.

Oh that was just a movie cut. I won't be playing that. But it should be able to play with no problem.
Anyway I won't be using coreplayer 1.2, since the problem I have mentioned makes it suck.

Hi guys,
I was using coreplayer to listen to music , when I realised that the pause button on the supplied handsfree didnt work with coreplayer! (press once for pause, press again to play music)
I had to unlock keypad and manually stop usic.
inbuilt music player continues to work perfectly with the handsfree
apart from the inbuilt music player, does any app support handsfree or is something wrong with my handsfree?
Cheers

I read on another forum that if you activate the inbuilt music player - but don't run it, then the handsfree functions work wth coreplayer...
Worth a try I suppose
