so we don't need the special shortcut creator progrma.
but I thought when you save with notepad it doesn't save that extra hex information that apparently Ericsson's needs.

No, I had that to. It happens when the menu you are using refers to extra icons like submenus which there are no shortcuts for.
make sure your menu only has 24 custom icons.

^ lol, I did the exact same thing, I took the original k810 menu.ml and opened it in notepad and edited all the the 24 icons.

But its not working on menu package who has no unselected.png included...
Its only working on menu who has the selected.png and unselected.png....
