Here's a question:

How many theme/color options does the Media Manager have? I believe the default is the color black (black background/white text).

Got another question please:
Can you set up shortcuts to sub menus within the Media Player? eg to continue playing music from where you last stopped?

I think my K850 may have a defect!!

Anybody else get a colour effect in bottom right hand corner of the screen when you press the right soft key?? The effect im speaking of is the same as if you where to press a LCD monitor with your finger!

Also one other thing i've noticed is that the flash seems to need warmed up...if i take a photo in relatively poor light the first few photo's are always nigh on black and the flash seems very weak, then after trying again it will flash properly?? is this a defect on mine or something im not doing correct??

Oh and wtf is that little black button next to the LED on the camera side??

@indup
I don't think you can change the skin on the media manager. I've had a play with the themes and it changes nothing within the media manager. I'm sure there'll be skinning patches in the future using programs like FarManager etc but nothing for now.

@andrew
The closest you can get to is to link to the Media Browser's homepage, you can't shortcut into the sub-menus in there.

@Nebbs
I believe the little black thing is the light sensor. The flash shouldn't need warming up. I've not experienced anything like you've described. I think what ericemel stated earlier may be an influence in your photo taking (??). Make sure you don't have anything covering any of the back of the phone and you should get reasonable results. If you have the time to play with settings for the shot you want you can get even better results.

Im pretty sure that the colour effect isnt supposed to happen, its as tho pressure is being applied to the LCD and you get the colour distortion and colours becoming negatives.

The blue band is definatley not illuminated, its just a blue (or green) metallic strip.

ah ok @ the blue band

the colour thing on mine is a blue oval shape and it comes up to show you have selected that option

its much like the blue circle that moves when you browse the main menu icons. (o2 theme)

Yeah mine has the blue half circle to show the key has been pressed but i also get the colour distortion slightly above this. Like i said its as if you where pressing your finger against a TFT screen.

Is the colour effect only on the left-hand softkey area? and it's definitely different to the effect that shows the soft-key has been pressed (see below)?

If it isn't the effect in my picture and it's only on the bottom right hand-side then you may have a problem. If it's the same effect but only on the right hand key then you still have a problem because it's supposed to appear on all of the softkeys when there is an option there available.

@ Ricky

My phone does show the "highlight" half circle as per your photo when a soft key is activated but it also distorts colours slightly above the "highlighted area" as tho pressure is being applied to the LCD screen.
