1you would download their application (wotan) and there is a method that you use to debrand your phone(theres a guide somewhere on these forums so hopefully someone can provide a link:))
2plan or no plan/outright purchase of the phone, your phone IS unlocked the problem is that it will be BRANDED by Optus buttons and certain things will be removed like the cool flash themes that you like:)
3boxhill is a suburb in melbourne where they do debranding and unlocking(if your phone is prepaid,its probably locked - which in your case it isnt S.Thorn)

I would rate W910 very high also..
very good build quality, except the cam. but it's a slimwalkman phone..

i think they had one that was in beta stage/a demo of it and was still undertesting to use 3gp or mp4 thank
they chose mp4:)
..or they never realy had a hands on with the phone/checked what format it records in

as i said the clarity of w910s speaker is pretty good so to know what they truly mean id have to a k850 one on me..
