I upgrade over the internet service with the update service from the CD, I assume that is what you mean by SEUS, the update from the phone is removed from the menus on the Vodafone branded phone.

I only tried this just before I posted on here and have not used the phone yet, will post over the next few days if I have any problems.

problem 2 report. it was working fine untill today, my speaker stopped working, all of sudden, tried reset nothing, had 2 reflash 2 get it back

It seems the idle clock is now available. And, "Menu > Settings > General > Update service > Software version" is no longer available under settings.

Found a new change, i think, go to your photo album, open any picture, and try scroll 2 the next picture, b4 the update there was no animation, now there is, can some1 try this?

if that was there b4 then some1 correct me plz

With my W910i its frozen with the red lgiht of the back , and unfortunately i cannot use it. When i replace the battery and put it back in the same happens .

Is there a way to fix this ?

Hello,

Have a problem with TrackID in Firmware.

Got a W910i with Generic Europe firmware. I flashed it to "Proximus Vodafone" Firmware, to get more out of the wap portal of Proximus, named "Vodafone Live".

With the original Firmware, I could use TrackID in the Entertainment menu and in the Radio. Now, with the Proximus Firmware, Everything works fine, but TrackID disappeared in the Entertainment menu. I can only use it in the Radio. (So it is still in the phone, but not where I wanted it )

Anyone the same? Or an idea why?

Unfortianatly not. Sounds like your going to have to take it back, they might give you a replacment phone.





You flashed it with firmware this is why it happened. When you flash phones it changes alot of code on the phone including menu style and placement of shortcuts files e.t.c.

I have to choose between; a fully working wap portal or TrackID in the Entertainment menu?


Choosing between the Generic Europe Firmware or the Proximus Firmware.

What's the best I can choose .... Generic Europe Firmware, the portal is useless. Don't know why Proximus deleted it from the menu ...
