I can confirm that £150 has been deposited in my bank account today.
did pinch myself a couple of time
will check again tommorow to see it does not bounce (only joking)!!.
anyway I am glad this has all been sorted and thanks to all other esato members for their help and input throughout the matter.
Especially AWARE who advised me to deal with overclocker
Overclocker you have done well to face the matter and resolve it.
i hope the other peeps with outstanding money get theirs soon

Im still waiting on mine.
He was supposed to deposite 40 quid into my account for the 16th July for my phone bill, He said he was going to do it and I thought he had, until I got a letter from the bank a couple of days later saying I had an unplanned overdraft. Thankfully my dad bailed me out. Then my phone bill was due again 5 days ago, he never put money into my account, which again he said he was going to, thankfully, I done a little work for a friend and they paid me some money and I used that for my phone bill.
A few days ago, I get a letter from my bank, with a statement, and on the last page it tells me now that they will be takin £45 from me because of the unplanned overdraft in july.
I've been texing Irteza probably for 2 weeks now, I've not heard one thing from him.
He had promised the money would be in by now, for my holiday which I go on, on saturday. Its not going to be in.
Tried phoning him, never picks up, not on msn anymore.
So he still owes me £200 quid, and i've told him I want the 45 quid the bank wants for an unplanned overdraft

This seems to be getting common policy among scammers, refunding one victim and then thinking they're off the hook, so they can forget the others.
Makavelli91, another scammer active on here at the time you were scammed, did the same : one victim got his money back, the other is still waiting, for more then three months now

But Makavalli91 disappeared from the forum, OV3RCLOCK3R didn't, so I hope he has some decency left and will eventually sort it out with you.
Without doing the right thing, he can't just go on trading on here as if nothing happened.

I hope he has the decency aswell to sort my money out.
This has been going on for 5 months now, and its getting out of hand, he won't text me or answer calls, he's never on msn, I have PM's him on here too, I doubt I'll get a reply, but we will see.
