Just saw a few of these in stock today at the SE store in Kensington (London). They were 89.99 GBP IIRC.
Cheers,

Yeah, I've seen them online for about £87 too.

87pounds?
that's rough...
there's a US website selling for $97USD.
They're still "preorder" status, but once they're in stock.. i'm all over it.

I bought some of these today from the Sony Ericsson flagship store in London.
Unfortunately I can only find one set of the rubber earbuds, the ones attached to the 'phones.
Can anyone else kindly confirm where the spare ones were in the package?
Has anyone else bought these and received no extra earbuds?
Thanks,
- Steve

Hi,
Just picked up a pair today too. Found the extra buds inside the back compartment with the manuals in a small plastic bag. There is also a small clip as well in there.
Cheers,

Why working time so small ? O_o
I like music a lot, so sometimes even 5 hours for me is not enough.
I think i'll better try HPM-88.

Thanks for the information !
I contacted SE directly and they sent me some earbuds, but they don't seem the right type; too small internally. I've contacted them again!
I tried phoning the SE flagship store in High Street Kensington, London (run by Carphone Warehouse) but the phone just rang endlessly. I wonder if they have now shut down?

i finally got my set! and it's great...i love it. except...my right ear gets rather hot after a while. i presume this is due to the battery being located there. wondering if i'll get those radiation headaches (ala. t28 days)

Hi,
Just to share my non-IT but as end-user personal experience with HBH-IS 800 which I received couple days ago…
Price: around US$112.25
Paring with SE W980i and Blackberry BOLD 9000 without problem.
Conversation on both ends (office and mall environments) is clear. Score: 8/10*
Signal break-up or hic-ups occurs in the area where electronic equipments are used (eg. electronic stores, phone shops, etc.) Score 8/10*
Blocking noise from outside: moderate. Score: 7/10*
Music stream produced mostly flat tone; even though EQ’s are adjusted in both W980i and BOLD. This is very disappointed (or is it my ears?) Score: 6/10*
Control: limited because, due to the size, it has only one button. Mostly you have to interact with the phone first e.g. you have to press play from the phone before use a control on IS800 to stop/pause. Score: 6/10*
Wearing comfort: moderate (noted default size that attached to the unit when you open the box is small. You may need to change it in order to fit your ears and block the outside noise). Score: 10/10 (This is a main reason I bought this because there is nothing hanging around my neck).
LED indicators: white next to a microphone and red/green on a right earbud. You can't see it when you wear it. Score: 5/10*
Battery Time: N/A. I don’t have it long enough to test this.
* Compared with Sony DRC-BT15 which I’ve been using for the past couple months along with my W980i and BOLD.
If you like the style – just one short cord, this is for you. Or try it before buy it.
If you like to listen to music and want a quality BT headphone, this may not be the one for you.
So… this is my opinion.
Cheers,
Darwin

yesterday i got about 2.5-3hours of music playback before it gave a melodic chirp and died. i'm a wee bit disapppointed at it's battery lifespan. the right earbud got hot enough for me to remove it. and i noticed that when i grab the right earbud with a little squeeze, my music drops. i'm not sure if this is a faulty unit and i should be sending this in. is anyone else facing this?
