For the previous thread of posting YOUTUBE links. It doesn't count because youtube as we all know is scaled down (unless plank doesn't understand this and it is him against the world again).
Anyway, I would recommend the 82 for your needs.

It's possible to have quite good quality in YouTube. Check out this:

Make sure you click the HD option!
We can dream of the day when a camphone can shoot this kind of quality...

Guys im now deciding bettween omnia vs renoir... starting to want a touchscreen.
now question is 8MP camera vs GOOD GPS -> symbian
1. How much better is omnia's 5MP to my k810 3.2 MP?
2. How good is the GPS on the renoir?? I want to use it to drive into new countries etc etc.. So i would also need "local maps"!!

Just a note - omnia is not symbian
it's windows mobile
I haven't used neither omnia nor renoir but the winner is the windows mobile - you won't miss any functionality with it!
sounds like an ad!

The Omnia wins in functionality, as noted above, but the Renoirs camera is most likely better (quality wise). I haven't used the Omnia, Renoir or K800/K810 so I can't vouch for any one of them.
According to GSM Arena, the Omnia has a pretty good camera:

You could try judging for yourself or you could wait for someone with more experience to reply.

Hmm, if your going down this route then have a look at the Samsung I7500:
http://www.engadget.com/2009/[....]set-powered-by-android-dreams/
I don't rate Samsungs as they have OLED screens and are well Samsungs, but an Android based I7500 will be better then the Omnia Windows which is horrible IMO.
The new HTC Touch Diamond 2 even though it has no photo light gets a very good review for it's camera, it has manual autofocus whatever that is, and it's a nice new design, has a good screen and can be upgraded to WinMo 6.5:
http://www.t3.com/reviews/gotw/htc-touch-diamond2-review
And if you want THE best mobile phone sat nav currently available, you have to really use Windows Mobile, I think it's CoPilot Live that gets the awards but it's for WinMo only. Or have you thought about the Nokia N97?
