I noticed some changes in this new version.
1.dynamic color change no longer happening in main web page for every visit.
2.layout_main.xml file has been modified.
3.USB charging menu not working in service menu.

I was wondering if the first post can be updated with operator specifics. I know when I had K800 the fw post used to say which network had which firmware here in the UK. But great post, I appreciate the info.
Does anyone know what the current firmware for w995 is for UK O2 phone?

Hi, I have a Sony Ericsson W995 which is a Vodacom (Vodafone South Africa) branded phone. My software version is:
R1EA032 090501 SonyEricsson. (Black colour)
When I try to update my software to R1EA033 firmware it keeps telling me I have the latest software. Does this happen because it's a branded phone? Are branded phones allowed to be updated via SEUS?
How do I solve this? Do I have to debrand it first?

you can do it via change the cda, i didn't have w995 maybe this cda will upgrade your phone to R1FA035

Hi, what is the difference between these CDAs: 1209 4765 R7A GENERIC INT and 1209 4780 R7A GENERIC INT? I am about to debrand my phone. Anyone know what the difference is? Which one should I choose to Create my XML customize_upgrade.xml file?

There's a bug fix in this version that now walkman remembers it manual equalizer settings.same issue as w910i had.
