At ebay, the lowest you will get is £2-3. Search for "T6 Screwdriver". If you go to your local DIY shop might get cheaper.
Can also try the local borough market mobile shop, sometime they sell the screwdriver.

Mate, if you are going to try taking it back you will at very least need to put a new battery in!
Take a look at the battery, at the top there is a small square of paper, this is normally white, but when it comes into contact with water it will turn bright red (universal litmus paper) and this is how shops make an easy check for water damage, there are also some more squares inside the phone I believe, but if you change the battery and then they agree to exchange it there and then this won't matter, however if they say they will send it for repair, once they open it they will realise straight away once they see the internal squares.
Bit annoying really, as this square can quite easily turn red from any moisture such as sweat or rain, if the square is red they will write off your warranty even if the fault is nothing to do with it.
I never knew about this when I tried to take my c905 back after dropping it down the toilet

I tried arguing for a while but I knew really I had been caught red-handed so was pretty embarrased.

but cant i say the phone has been powering down quite often these last few weeks and it wont turn on today also that there have been software faults with most Satio's and i think i should get a replacement for it; i think thats a very good story i can make them believe what do you think

On that basis, I'd say it's something else on the phone causing the stuttering
I would agree. Since i posted when updating the firmware it happened two or three times when shooting a video. But it hasnt happened since. So all in all id say my Satio is very stable and bug free - again except for the lack of other standby themes.
One downside however is the battery. The phone does not seem to last as long anymore. But whether thats me using it more than before im not sure.

The battery lasts longer for me since the update. Video playback is now more stable, although I've not recorded any long videos to see if the stuttering problem still occurs.

I tried the sound recorder today
phone was only 2 feet away and the conversation was at normal volume level
and when i played it back its barely audible, virtually impossible to hear whats being said.
cant believe how bad the mic is.
Also had to turn off the auto rotate yesterday as it stuck in landscape mode.
Satio is far more temperamental than my old dumb phone

only bugs I have identified since update are -
the GPRS connection drops out and I have to either restart the phone or go into connections and switch between dual mode to GSM to get it back
the media viewer via the button on the side of the phone is very slow to scroll or respond to deletes etc, it can rake up to 3 secs to do anything once I scroll or delete.
the syncing of notes with outlook it cuts of the bottom 80% of the note leaving only about 4 lines, don't know if this is an SE issue or outlook issue.
apart from these 3 things it is generally stable

This is not related to the sound recorder app. it's for the mic it self, the same goes when you record video, the audio is very low !!
and this problem was even before the update...
I think this problem along with the Picasa web album feature are two of the most annoying problems...
Is there's a way to return to the previous software version ?

Recorded a short video clip last night for the 1st time, sound was so so and I didnt suffer a delay but the 1st half of the video has breaks in the sound every few seconds .
Is this a bug others have noticed, if not I may send my phone back as faulty.

The phone sometime freezes in following situation,
1. take a snap with flash.
2. try to change the flash settings
3. the camera sometimes go black and no response
Also, if my phone is set to auto redial and while itis doing so, if there is an incoming call, I could not receive it as the phone still does auto dial !! eventually had to disconnect the incoming call with the help of the red button.
