No I do look after my phone & always cleaning it I love to keep it in pristine condition. I think in my pics the flash showed up dust. Going to get a case soon. Yes I know what you mean & there is live wallpapers which are animated & when you touch the screen they react. Music player is fantastic for sound imo & I love the cover flow in landscape looks cool

Thanks @Bonovox. I'm totally new on andoid but I'm like it already.

@JohnM: if you rename the thread to “Samsung Galaxy-S, i9000 discussion” then it’ll be helpful to us for track and rest of others for the future. I’m sure more people gonna buy it as soon as they play themselves in a flesh.

Consider it done

Had some sun today just took some quick ones Not taking anymore boring ones like this they are just testers in the sun. I think now the sharpness setting needs toning down a little

Ive just stumbled across this thread through pure chance. New girlfriend got herself a Wave the other day, didnt think much to it. I had a play with the Galaxy though and loved it straight away.

Im not too sure about those pictures though Bonovox, they look a bit TOO colourful. Good pictures though =)

Guys there is a saturation and sharpness setting in the camera menus so I think it needs taking down a notch or two i

These came out better on auto with no settings tweaked Not quite so over saturated this time but still again I forgot to tone down the exposure as it comes out too bright but it's a good camera not perfect One other thing I was pleased with was that I went deep into a shopping centre & even deeper into an underground car park & I still had a signal. Unlike older Samsung's it's very good so beat that iphone

The only actual issue I have noticed so far which is nothing major is when the phone is first unplugged from pc or when first turned on there is a slight delay when going into gallery. After this initial entering into gallery is quick but I guess this may be fixed in an update. But overall the phone is fast
