maybe yes maybe no, p800 in hongkong is very expensive and all are in chinese OS. globe increase their price from 15.5k to 31k for g max subscription.

I'm due to pick up my P800 tomorrow and i cant wait... BUT
I was told by someone that you cant upload MP3 files direct from your computer using the software provided!!! IS THIS TRUE?

no, it's not. you can upload mp3 files straight to your phone using the PC suite and sync station provided.

I go tomorrow to get it... costin me only £80 for the phone but i have to go on the £50 monthly tarrif for at least 4 months...
but then my bills are in that region anyway! ...lol
When did you pick yours up and what did do you think of it?

I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and it's fantastic. I'm the first to be critical but I can't find anything to complain about(!) - except the fact that I did a factory reset cos my GPRS wasnt' working properly and when I tried to restore my backup it wouldn't let me. That took a few days to sort out
But........it's a great phone and anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know what they're on about.
A couple of applications you have to download when you get the phone:
Handy Day - calendar/task manager/organiser tool.
Opera - alternative internet browser to pre-installed one, which is crap!
IR TV Remote - the piece de resistance. Control your TV from your P800 (only available in Beta test mode at present)
