All hail the king Heisenberg .

The Magnetic Charging Dock DK32 is one of the must have accessory for every Xperia Z1 Compact user IMO:

Sony Mobile Store offers pre-order promotions for Xperia Z1 Compact across Europe:

I'm so tempted in getting the Z1 compact.
The difference between Sony and Samsung is quite significant in terms of fluidity.
I have the worlds most powerful phone, yet it lags from time to time. Before someone says lagdroid, no it's "lagwiz" that ruins the experience.

I do not like the idea that in The Netherlands the official price for it is 549€ and in the bordering Germany it is 499€ ... why do we have to pay more?
I will get me this phone but not before it get cheaper than in Germany.

Higher taxes perhaps ?

I don't think it is higher taxes and if it were it won't be 10% extra of the phones basic price,it is also EU...
On the German site you also get the Sony DR-BTN200 bluetooth headphones for almost free (+1€) with it ,something we do not get here.
p.s
Life in Holland is more expensive than in Germany, but it is not because of the taxes only the Germans respect their money more...
But in Electronics the Netherlands were always cheaper.
look here ... same shop same product.

€50 is what you'll need to drive to Germany and back. So it's basically the same, except for the Bluetooth headset. Belgium is usually even more cheaper. You might want to check that also.

So I'm finally going to make the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile here in the states (thank god) since T-Mobile announced they would buy out service contracts if you make the switch and buy a phone with them.

What's awesome is that I'll finally be able to get the Z1 (albeit in Z1S form) that I've been lusting after since first following the leaks about it here on the Esato forums. However, the Z1 Compact has really sold me. After years with the Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S3, I'm pretty sick of large screens. I'd like to sell the Z1S and put the money towards a Z1 Compact.

Since I've been locked into Verizon forever, I've never bought an unlocked phone from overseas. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to buy a Z1 Compact from the US? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

From the other hand 4.3 inch is too little for me today.
Z1compact is super tempting I must say
but the switch to the smaller screen may be painful.
It's even smaller than T.
Or am I wrong?
