@Lambert
The P800 keeps separate data logs for GPRSinternet & GPRSwap so its easy for me to see what I use now.
Also I have been able to select and option to select the data accout (GPRSinternet or GPRSwap) before starting a connection.
Have managed to view esato via wap with the built in browser but not opera browser yet.

i had the same confusion, i was told yesterday (when i got my lovely p800!!) that the unlimited gprs offer from the spv was transferrable, and i could use that. i rang orange cust services this mornin, and they said no thats incorrect, and id been signed up 4 2mb gprs without my knowledge!!! aparently the access pack is free wap, fair usage policy.
i wish theyd told me this in the shop!!

Makes me all the more convinced now not to move to orange.
I have got unlimited gprs data, both wap and full internet for £30 a month. It ain't cheap by any means, especially as I havent used it much recently, but didn't want to get rid of it until Id got my p800.
Unfortunately, its not a deal you can get again, as I caught Singlepoint good and proper for this one. I believe there might be another with this deal as well..
Le't hope the SIM free ones are here by midweek

onestopphoneshop.co.uk have the ***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ****. I bought a phone from them, there was no coverage in my area, i asked them to check the coverage before hand, they said they did and it was excellent. They wouldn't return it, even though singlepoint the service providers they were more than happy to cancel the contract as it was only 2 days after and I had 14 days under my statutory right, Single point were kind enough to reduce my contract from £30 a month to the £15 per month. Onestopphoneshop.co.uk were rude and completley out of line, so now I have a phone with no signal in my area, stuck with a 12 month O2 contract. I even said I was willing to change the network to one that would work and they wouldn't do it. The guy I spoke to was called Chris apparantly the manager.
SHAME ON YOU ONESTOPPHONESHOP
