As I have understood it there is a software called DIV 6.2 which is sold together with a dongle and a cable for £60.

T300 and T310 both have exactly the same firmware addresses, same size flash etc.
So t310 flashes can be flashed on to t300 with no ill effects.
Div 6.2 is the cracked version, I only paid £30 for it with a terminator dongle. the software is available free on the net and the terminator dongle will cost you a maximum of £30.
I'm looking for R3B to upgrade my t300, but it is not available yet anywhere on the net.
