im sorry flomp, but your've read it wrong, it clearly says that only 500 txts are included. the offpeak 750 does and thats why thats 5 pounds more. so common sense there..

You getting confused, cause you can buy text bundles with include txt and mms with the ration 4:1..say u had 8 units, u could either send 8 txts or 2 mms

I ordered my phone on Monday (1:30pm) the same as you..just checked the online order tracking and its just shown as being despatched tonight, so should get it tomorrow !! It took a couple of days to get past the credit check, and another day to get past the "sending your order to the warehouse" stage.

Its a shame I won't be using the phone cos its going straight on eBay. I only bought it for the O2 SIM (I have a T610 already), and was just gonna buy the SIM, but seeing as the phone was only £50, saw it as a great money-making opportunity, cos brand new T610s are selling for at least £200 on eBay Instant £150 minimum profit !

Mine arrived this morning, btu won't be hone until tomorrow to collect it.

Pretty dissapointed with O2's lack of e-mail communication. The only e-mail I got was the first one telling me my order had been accepted. Was supposed to get one telling me the shipping details but didn't get anything.

Last time I ordered a SIM card from O2 (about 18 months ago) I got an e-mail at every stage of the process, which although seemed over the top, saved having to check back to their webpage every hour!

Ordered my Upgrade yesterday......Paid the £49.99 and stayed on my existing Genie tariff too! At first I thought I wasn't able to stay on Genie because of mis-information from one of the call handlers. I think he was trying to get me to upgrade to a more expensive tariff which I didn't want to do as mine is cheap as it is and I'm happy with it.

I was quoted a 10-14 day delivery but hopefully I'll have it by Wednesday next weekgoing by the other posts in this thread.
