The design statement
"The K700 design is revealing a new generation of ultra compact digital camera phones. The beautiful 3-tone harmony between the metallic blast-finished body, the contrasting subdued soft-feel frame, and the hairline brushed metal bezel and back is conveying a higher sense of quality." You sense pride in Creative Producer Henrik Jensfelt's voice when he speaks of the K700.
Slick finish - brushed aluminium
The metallic material concept conveys a slick design finish. Sober, clean, and on the camera side: Brushed aluminium. The K700 possesses the look and feel of a true imaging product.

ok don't jump on me now, i just want to note that eldar mentioned (edit: in one of the russian forums on his site) that this was NOT the 610/630 replacement...that would come a bit later... makes sense...

Wow, at last a phone to upgrade from my t68i
I've been waiting so long
Didn't like the T610 or T630, design and poor memory were a put off.
I was tempted to get the Moto V600, good features & looked nice... but had too many s/w bugs ... and an aerial...
Was also thinking of the Nokia 6230, good features but so damn ugly... apart from the 6100 they have no nice phones, I'm no designer but I sure could do better than that!!
But now I will wait
Pity it doesn't have a memory card, but I can live without that.
Any idea if it can play an MP3 as a ringtone like the Moto V600 can??

I've waited for my black T630 for 2 months now, but today I cancelled it. This is the phone I want, but it means that the old T68i probably needs to make do until late june(late second quarter) when it's(K700i) release is here in Norway.
