I plan to spend all my time on Soldier Ants while the game is still selling well and you guys have suggestions for things you'd like to see in it.

I'll have to change the way the crates work for that, but i like it. Right now you get 5 extra weapons selected at random and a 50% chance of a Mango. I'll change it so you get only 5 of a single weapon or 1 special weapon and make it tell you what you received.

It isnt likely any time soon. For starters, I dont have a K700i. I never rule anything out completely though.

Another good idea. I'll stick that on the list.

Demo is 2 teams, 1 landscape, 3 weapons, single battles.
Full version is 2-4 teams, 8ish landscapes + random landscape generator. 10ish weapons, single battles and campaign mode.

I'll have a look at that too.
I should get another version out over the weekend with a lot of new stuff in it... the Aardvark is a priority!

How about when an ant fall it looses power and its turn, meaning that the next team get the turn.. ? This will make players to think carefully and plan their way more stratigic..
I have a weak memory that it was like this in Worms game..
Soldier ants is getting better and better, I can't let it go, I always play it

Wouldn't it be nicer if the ant die as soon as they stand still.. meaning if you hit them and they fly/fall they should continue to fly and fall untill they stand still and then die..
So if you kill an ant with a rocket and they might fall/fly away a bit they might land on another ant and then die there hurting the other ant too..
I think worms is like that..
Nice game, I love the campaign mode!!

Crates are a little larger.
Fixed a bug in the ant-ant collision physics.
Made the ants able to climb steeper slopes by walking and removed the auto-jump.
Phone controlled teams will no longer fire weapons they have run out of.
Special weapon, the Inflatable Aardvark added.

How can I spend the weekend playing Soldier Ants, in the knowledge that there's a newer, better version??!
Is it possible to get via GPRS and install directly? I've haven't attempted this with any software yet.
[edit: Ok, I've managed to get the .SIS file onto my phone via my Yahoo! Briefcase and Opera, but it only lets me save it into documents folders, internal or MS. When I go to install programs, it won't appear in the list. Any ideas anyone?]
Glad you've got the Aardvark running already though.... now you can devote your weekend to working out the best way to do replays! (You didn't have any big plans for this weekend anyway, did you?)

some other ideas that I might have mentioned before.
When an ant hurts it self it should loose turn, lets say I plant a mine, and it doesn't go off, and when the oponent on later turn walks on it he should loose turn, and it should be my turn to play, but now it just continues with his turn and lets him finish his turn..
And what do you guys think of my old idea, that a falling ant should loose power and turn when it fals to much... ?
PEOPLE THAT HAVEN'T BOUGHT THE GAME: BUY IT!!! ITs a MUST have!!

When you trigger a mine during your go you were always meant to lose a turn. I will fix that at some stage.
The Inflatable Aardvark isn't quite finished, it needs a couple more sound effects adding but it's pretty much there.
As for the ants getting hurt when falling too far, I can only do that after giving them the ability to drill through the landscape.
Replays will have to wait until after I've done an ingame save, I think thats more important. Also, I might decide to finish the random map tilesets first too.
