Really stupid question. But I can get a hold of a P800 SyncStation, which I believe is the DSS-20 (not 100% sure)

This should work for the update service?

oh while im here all i ever get is

and it donig my head in!

Just updated it. Works like a charm and has retained all settings and pictures. Took about 15mins all up. Phone seems slightly quicker when navigating and entering text. This message was posted from a K700i

My old firmware was R2A041, and I used a DSS-25.
