well, I'm not trolling. I just cannot understand how somw folks overestimate their phone. k700i and SE in general sucks at very basic features. any other brand just does better, doesn't matter whether it's nokia, siemens, alcatel, samsung you name it ..

SE was always good at BT implementation and now is good at displays. but they should take their phones to software department., because they need to be rebuilt form scrach ..

2 arm: for just 20 euros you can get 256mb memory card shipped! and 20 euros is next to nothing if you compare it to the phone price. but you have still option to go up to 1 GB!

with S700 you have at least option to buy 128mb ms duo .. yet again criplled not-pro support

this is typical for sony .. I loved their sony clies for design, good quality (I actually owened several of them like SJ30, TG50, TH55, UX50) but they always crippled it in some way ...

What shortcomings are you talking about? You keep repeating this, again and again, and you still have NO solid example. What is it about the SE phones that even lowend phones from other brands beat. What very basic features do the K700 and S700 suck at. what? NAME THEM you little troll.

Yeah, this is rich coming from a Nokia user. Have you even used a Nokia phone the last 5 years? It's an easy menu, I'll give it that, but it's practically unchanged for years. I'll take SonyEricsson's menu's over Nokias "one item at a time" menu, or Siemen's "lets see how awkward we can make this" menu, or even Samsungs "lets have pretty pictures but no logic" menus. This argument just shows how little grasp on reality you really have. You're grasping for straws in your feeble little trolling attempt.

Yes you do, you can also buy a MP3 player with 128mb memory for 5-10 dollars more than a memory card. Why do you want a large memory card for 6230 anyway? I mean, it's got crap picture quality, and lousy sounding MP3's.

To be honest, anyone buying a 512mb memory card for their phone needs to get their heads examined anyway, unless it's a smartphone of course.

Now please go away and enjoy your overpriced 6230 which you obviously have a hard time settling down with, seeing as how you need to come here and talk down the competition to make yourself feel good about your purchase.

Why can't you just leave people alone, and let them think SE phones are the best in the world. What's it to you? Do you have a problem with people being happy about the products they buy?

ahahahaa this thread what crazy...

i like SE for Menu structure mainly.. for some reason it just makes me enjoy the phone more..
if k700i had expandble memory i'd like it even more..
the 6230 is actually a better all in one device IMO.. but i found it very very very boring. boring menu and boring screen..

s700i prices keeps dropping everyday..

7610 and s700i very difficult to compare... s700i wins in sound (mp3, camera and screen.) 7610 is series 60 which beats everything if you're into the options it gives you....i personally love series 60 becasue of all the apps... but again depends on your needs and wants.

contact/syncing... geez you calls go nuts over who has more...i'm not as cool as you guys.. i have 200 numbers and email addresses. all manufacturers have met me needs.

nokia syncing is a bit smoother... SE syncing is good but always causes me issues when items reoccur (and it doesn't go nicely with outlook). p800/900 synced fine though.. i'd prefer nokia by choice... got this stuff .. but for SIM reading SE rocks casue it maintains the grouping.
