well most people i know say ES TOE well thats how i usually pronounce esato ES TOE. I called a call center back in 2004 and the gentle man told says ESATO. which spells e s a t o then .com so i guess most people have there different pronunciations. Here in Jamaica we pronounce things a bit different although we use British English not the accent
