Hey, is anyone else having battery issues with the new firmware? Issues meaning, battery drainage? and I always close my applications using SBSettings and I all the open apps have a badge next to them because of BACKGROUNDER, so it's not an app thing...maybe it's just me, but I think that the new fw drains the battery faster

Yes I did. I just couldn't get used to the N97, symbian is not for me at all.

I don't understand WHY you hate iTunes?! Can you state some points you don't like about it?
Here, I'll list why I LOVE it, and what I don't like
Likes:
* The UI is done VERY well.
* Great organization of Music, Ringtones (when iPhone is connected for 1st time it remains)
* iTunes Store: Music, Videos, FREE Video/Audio/PDF podcast resources, increased by FREE iTunes Universities!!
- incredible wealth of knowledge with podcasts and iTunes U.
* Internet Radio is integrated and is fast to connect online.
* 1 stop application for application purchases, installation, organization & backup of iPhone!
- no OTHER company offers this level of complete sync & backup along with appstore/music/podcast/videos; on the market or currently being conceived publicly.
* TV Shows: Stargate, V, etc etc.
Dislikes:
* Hardly ANY "indie" music sources via iTunes Music Store component; this is off-set by Podcasts/Internet Radio - which I MUST do for serious Jazz (to the likes of Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Billy Holiday; not them but that quality of avante garde) or House (Techno, Detroit, Mimimal, Garage, AcidJazz; non of that Tiesto sh*t for me - although he is now featured along with a podcast).
* TV Shows are VERY regionalized for availability which SUCKS!
* Some features are on Mac not on Windows but its not like I miss them.
* I'd love to see content from around the world: different TV shows/Movies from other countries.

Do you have the iPhone already? Are you considering one? I never thought you'd leave
for another phone.

tomtom sent me an "£8 off anything in the tomtom store" voucher and so that, combined with 8% quidco I decided I'd give it a try.
Ordered it yesterday so waiting for it to arrive.

8X optical zoom.
Princeton Japan just introduced “new” gadget compatible with iPhone 3G/3Gs, the iZoom, but in fact not really new since it does already exist... As you guessed, this is a lens providing an optical zoom of 8x. It comes with a case in order to install the lens on the iPhone. Of course, this lens allows the user to manage the focus manually.
Available at the beginning of December.
