Some are, but phones4u who are quoting that they will be the first to have the Xperia S, and are expecting stock 13th March.

Everybody sees XS has a great camera which is quite a big improvement

Isn't that for the white exclusive thou, and also surely that's vs the other operators and not SIM free models?

As per Xperia Blog, Xperia S widgets now available for download onto other Xperia phones.
I've installed the weather widget, calendar and power control on the Arc and they are very smooth. Love the weather one!
