I got my pre-order in for a black 1 mark II with O2. Really it was a no-brainer as I had about £1,000 of #airtimerewards to pay for it (check out link on O2 website). If you fancy some credit towards your phone bill I suggest signing up with code CVJCGQPQ . (Only UK)

I think none noticed, but on website they show the HS feature.
Weirdly it took months to someone to realize it exists.

Last night (for western world) they did event for 1 ii in Taiwan.
Looks like the advertisement by Mobile there is stronger than even compared to Japan.

It seems things have changed - On Sony's UK website they state a 1-year warranty nowadays. Still better than nothing, though.
If you purchase from Clove and your device suffers a warranty covered malfunction, you just send it to Clove and they'll take care of it by transferring it to Sony UK for repair.
I have sent them an email asking them to clarify the length of the warranty. I'll update if there's anything new.

Sony's UK website says 1 year warranty and that warranty is ONLY for serviced in the UK. That'd be fine but I do not live in the UK.
Clove's FAQ clearly states if you have a warranty claim, you are to discuss things with the manufacturer. If you have trouble doing so, then you can contact them and they will try to help you. but doesn't sound like there are many guarantees.
They've also updated their 1ii item page and price is $1150 USD and there doesn't seem to be any mention of a free gift of any sort. Wonder why....

I've just sent them my Xperia 1 to be repaired under warranty.
Regarding 1ii, the price is normal, but indeed there are no headphones. I've sent them an email with a couple of questions regarding the headphones and warranty. I'll give an update once they reply.
