just got a orange k750, now i know i get the Eu2 files but what abou the CDA?

I thought I would require the Uk generic on CDA102338/38 but when I download the software its not on there?

btw, which softare should i use the k750i flasher or the other one the client v14?

anyone got a clue?

btw, i assume u can unlock the phone using the original cable.

CDA102338/38 you have to input that cda yourself matey.

I think you need a fighter cable ect to unlock a k750i, I don't think its possible with the cable that comes with the k750i.

Hi all,

I was thinking about reflashing and unblocking my Pay Monthly K750i Orange phone with the DaVinci client thingy and the USB cable that came with the phone.

Now just incase something goes horribly horribly wrong, I just want to check what would be the negative effects of me loading a generic Thai firmware onto the phone? I would still be able to use the phone in English but with the option of having the menus and text input (for SMS etc...) in Thai? Are there any other differences?

And both the unlocking and reflashing would cost 2 credits/logs right?

update:

Well unlocking didn't work. Doesn't work with the DCU-60 cable apparently...even though the daVinci site/client is a bit ambiguous...

Flashing worked thankfully but destroyed all my contacts and messages lol. Should have known!

Hi,

I want to flash my mobile to unbranded software prefferably irish/uk firmware.
It's a german phone originally with o2 software but already unlocked.
I was going to use UE2 FW trough davinci but i can't see "CDA102338/38 - R6A" in the CDA pull down menu, how do i go about getting it?
Also if i flash using Davinci is there any point updaing FW from the SE web site after?

EDIT: just noticed i can enter "CDA102338/38 - R6A" manually in davinci, i assume thats right. I'll go ahead and flash it now.
Is there still any point udating via Se website?
