I'll try doing that today. Voice Command was the first thing I installed, so I can't tell the difference it makes in battery life, plus I'm using the phone all day too.
I imagine the speech recognition and text-to-speech are probably CPU intensive, but otherwise, I don't see how a dormant Voice Command would be excessive drain on the battery.

^^^ Yeah, one-by-one...that's guaranteed to work.
I would go borrow someone with a Windows PC and do it the Outlook way. Or maybe you could go to where you bought the phones and have them do it?
haha, maybe I'm doing it wrong, but one by one doesn't work either. x)
copy to SIM is unfortunatley out of the question. Guess I'll have to fire up that old vista junk.

One-by-One is universally cross-platform. It works between any two cell phones ever invented.

Ref. Voice control, if you install batteryStatus today-plugin, you can see the mA or mW usage
since installing MVC my battery is running out suprisingly quick !

GOM encoder. It is easy to use but you can adjust all the settings if you wisha and it is free.
But it is not the only one, there are many more, both free and commercial.

CODEC TAB:
mpeg4 avc
1 vbr pass
keyframe interval 5
video quality 100
baseline 1.3
VIDEO TAB:
no change to everything (unless you are converting HD, then set resolution to 800x)
you can use deblock or sharpen if necessary
But you can save a lot of space by choosing quality 50 and the video is still very good. quality 100 is of course better but far from twice as good.
example:
original file 350mb (tipical tv show)
quality 100: 240mb
quality 50: 150mb

I have to correct you, GOM is not free, you can download trial version with demo limitations only
