I brought my phone into work this morning and connected it to my USB charger.
The live wallpapers is using too much battery power because the phone wasn't charging up and it became very warm to the touch so until I can be sure what the problem is I've uninstalled it, but I suspect its the charger.

I had to uninstall Ambient Launcher because it was making the front of my phone heat up when charging by USB.

Finally! Android market in India now has the entire list of paid apps available as well! Nice!
Hmm... Some apps are pretty darn expensive...

Just looked at the calendar and realised it's only the 6th... the next two weeks are going to be ssslooooww.
Who wants to put money that the UK Generic FW is beyond the end of Oct? My feet are getting itchy and this thread needs a bit of excitement.

I totally agree with you.
BTW, I love Ambient Time.
It is very nice.
I advise WRC 2010 app as well. It is a really great app for WRC fans.

Does anyone know of a good debranding X10 guide that doesnt require having to download the FW and manualy doing it? I remember when debranding my K850 all i had to do was to upload this one file to its FS which then fooled SEUS to thinking its a generic UK K850 and so it downloaded and installed unbranded FW to it. Is there such a way of doing it with my X10?
I just came to the realisation that the day the 2.1 update comes i'll have to wait an extra month or two as my X10 is Voda-SA branded.

I've installed Ambient Time Lite but I'm hoping it doesn't effect the battery life too much.
@Tsepz_GP
I've been investigating that myself. I've tried both methods but they don't work. I bricked my phone at one stage but got it back working no problem. Rookwise used Davinci, which charges 10 Euros.
We used to be able to just change the CDA on our K850i etc. Can't this be done on the X10 anyone?

It cant be done vis the pc companion anymore as the updated pc companion checks the firmware and overwrites the saved backup version each time the repair feature is used.
@goldenface. I got your pm. Am not at home atm. Will be sometime this evening after 8pm before i'm home.
Only thing davinci didnt pick up was the language pack my x10 had (o2 branded) even though they have it on their servers.
