boss i have also tested your fix2 for w810i

zoom is excellent its as smooth as it should be and its also working well with both macro on and off
but with macro on the picture is still getting blur but not like fix 1 its better then that

if i try to focus picture in zoom , zoom is exited at focusing on infinity i.e 1.1 and also at 1.0...........

any way great job ...............

i will post some pictures soon ...............

once again a great driver ......

Macro works for 10cm to 40 cm distance try it and you will see better result

anyway finaly works both fixes ok thats right?

maybe I am testing some compress settings for my final superfunction v 5.6
and I am the only user where post original size of photos so you can see if there is noise or not other users dont do it .

Good morning everyone. Sorry for my late release of A4A-8.9.
This time, A4A's code is based on A4A-8.5, not SPU code. I found that it is difficult to mix these to code together. Therefore, I created A4A-8.9 with my own code. Other modders please help me check it out and suggest me any solutions for the bugs. Thank you.

What is new about A4A-8.9 ?
.. New code for compression: I have tested it on K750i CID49 @ w800i r1bc002 firmware. I haven't tested it on w810i or cid36. If you test it, please tell me whether you get crash or not and at what scence (please PM me the situation so that I can try to test by myself). Also w810i users please tell me the size of the pictures to make sure that it works. The compression will work at lvl 98% initially and if it cant save the picture, 91% of compression will be automatically used.
.. Terminator: as I promised you, zoom+focus infinity is workable now. Moreover, its zoom is faster than zoom in 8.8 with shorter increasing steps.
.. Video recorder now can use supermode whereas it was not available on the previous versions. Change FPS is replaced for Change ISO in video mode as well. (The other functions are still the same)
.. EM on/off can be turn on/off in normal/fine quality. ( Thank you jonaugust )

In brief, I think the bugs on previous versions are fixed now. The only thing concerns me now is compression. Please tell me what do you think about 8.9's quality and size of pictures as well as functions.

Strong: I just tell what I see. I remember you have a cid36 camera module which must not have that much noise at the back of the horse. Anyways, I know you are the only one who post full size pictures from ur drivers and that is good, I appreciate your work as well. However, lpachuong and raiderski they dont post their pictures, which doesn't mean their drivers are not good.

yes both fixes are ok

i think the only difference between both fixes is smoothness of zoom in fix 2 which is lacked by fix 1

nice job

regarding macro you r very right i was taking shots from great distance it is excellent

make one thing clear that can i use manual focus in zoom or not because when i try to do so the camera exits zoom .......


i am waiting to see your new release 5.6...........
