I can`t sync clock via Internet,only from my PC can get this info...

uh, can anyone help out? I used the program about a week ago and even created backup of the phone with it. now the computer said "can't open COM20". what should I do? I want my files back. do I need to uninstall SE PC Suite to be able to use MyPhoneExplorer again?

found the solution through one answer in MPE's own forum
just need to tell MPE to search the device again and it found the phone, just not on the specified COM port that won't open! argh!
